Shelburne Falls Eagles - Catering and Hall Rental Information
Option 1: We cook the food and serve it to you
For the fixed prices listed below we will cook and serve your choice of food from our catering menu.  The meal is served either buffet or family style, again at your choice.
Chicken/Ham/Turkey/Roast Beef            Smorgasbord  Prime Rib
MEMBERS    $12 per person   $12 per person   $18 per person
NON-MEMBERS   $14~16 per person   $14~16 per person   $20 per person
Included in this price is the cost of the hall rental, bartender wages and custodian charges.
 A 20% deposit of the total price of the estimated number of meals is required.

Option 2: You bring the food and serve it yourself in the hall
You can bring your own food and heat it up in our kitchen.  However non-members cannot use anything else in the kitchen, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cookers, slicer or the dishwasher. The slicer is available to qualified members only.  You are also responsible for cleanup of the hall.
Funerals Showers Hall Rentals
MEMBERS No charge, this is part of our service to the community $30 $75
NON-MEMBERS $50 $125
Bartenders: $7.50 per bartender per hour
In addition, a deposit of $50 for members and $100 for non-members is required to cover cleanup and damages.  If the hall is not cleaned according to the checklist given to you before the event a custodian charge of $50 will be taken from your deposit.

Option 3: You rent the hall and no food is served

NON-MEMBERS $50 $100
Bartenders: $7.50 per bartender per hour
In addition, a deposit of $50 for members and $100 for non-members is required to cover cleanup and damages.  If the hall is not cleaned according to the checklist given to you before the event a custodian charge of $50 will be taken from your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund 60 days or more prior to the event, 50% refund between 60 and 30 days and any cancellations less than 30 days receive no refund.
